Location. Rooms where well appointed although anyone with mobility issues would not manage as multiple steps and stairs.

Very close to paddington station which was very convenient and lots of places to eat. Place was clean. We booked a large room and I would honestly hate to see the small rooms! Anything we asked staff for was not a problem and bottled water on arrival. Was warm for a building with single glaze windows.

Rooms were well finished and felt very cosy the bed was very comfy and the pillows were great the shower had plenty of power and it was quite warm

Room was nice, hotel quirky, cooked breakfast fabulous especially the eggs. I have been trying to find eggs with yolks like yours but to no avail, I should just phone and ask 🤷♂️ staff were great and easy to deal with. The Pizza restaurant across the road, San Marco was amazing too, mad but genuine Italian with Italians as customers.

I stayed here very last minute as I couldn’t get home due to Storm Bert and was stranded at Paddington. I was so lucky to get a room here. The room was cosy, warm and clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower powerful and the staff welcoming and friendly. I was given a bottle of water on arrival which I appreciated and there was a refill station in the reception area. I liked the overall design of the hotel and the fact that checkout wasn’t until 12. The lounge area looked great. It’s also perfectly located opposite Paddington Station. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel’s location next to Paddington Station is a major advantage, making it easy to reach from the airport and convenient for traveling around the city. The accessibility adds great value to the stay. . The room was clean and cozy, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming especially Mr. Farhan and Sami at night shift, it features amazing artwork, adding a unique and stylish touch to the atmosphere. The café was good, offering a pleasant spot to relax.

The location is excellent, and I loved the terrace seating for dinner, the Filipino food was brilliant! The room is lovely and clean, stylish, bed very comfortable and bathroom excellent.

The location is superb as it’s right across from Paddington Station so great for traveling with suitcases. The decor is the most unique I’ve seen with a lovely touch of vintage, elegance and minimalism. I like the fact it has art, cafe, lounge area and pantries. Beautiful old styling done so well.
