I stayed here very last minute as I couldn’t get home due to Storm Bert and was stranded at Paddington. I was so lucky to get a room here. The room was cosy, warm and clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower powerful and the staff welcoming and friendly. I was given a bottle of water on arrival which I appreciated and there was a refill station in the reception area. I liked the overall design of the hotel and the fact that checkout wasn’t until 12. The lounge area looked great. It’s also perfectly located opposite Paddington Station. I would definitely stay again!

The accessibility adds great value to the stay. . The room was clean and cozy, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming especially Mr. Farhan and Sami at night shift, it features amazing artwork, adding a unique and stylish touch to the atmosphere. The café was good, offering a pleasant spot to relax.

I have been trying to find eggs with yolks like yours but to no avail, I should just phone and ask 🤷‍♂️ staff were great and easy to deal with. The Pizza restaurant across the road, San Marco was amazing too, mad but genuine Italian with Italians as customers.

Very close to paddington station which was very convenient and lots of places to eat. Place was clean. We booked a large room and I would honestly hate to see the small rooms! Anything we asked staff for was not a problem and bottled water on arrival. Was warm for a building with single glaze windows.
